Are you ready for Ch ristmas? Do you feel like you're going in 50 different directions? I sure do! Even so, isn't this a great time of year AND, Christmas arrives on the 25th whether we're ready or not. I always promise myself that next year I'll have all of my shopping done before December. Again, maybe next year...
I have one more day left of quiet in the house. On Saturday my oldest son comes home for Christmas. He lives in the city (Philly) where he is in school. The younger son came home last week for his Christmas break. He is very much enjoying his freshman year of college. This will be the first Christmas since both sons have been away at school and they have not seen each other since August. The boys are so different from each other and yet so alike and have grown closer as they have gotten older.... for which I am very grateful!
I thought I better give you my little gift before I get so involved I fail to do so. Remember when you were little and wrote to Santa? You carefully crafted your letter to include everything you wanted for Christmas. So as not to sound too greedy, you made sure you included something for your little brother. Upon completion you handed over the letter to your mother who would promise to mail it. Then you would wonder.... would Santa REALLY get it??? This little graphic answers that question.
Until later, happy planning, shopping, cooking, greeting card sending and crafting days!
Blessings,
Joy (Could there be a better name at Christmas?) ;-)
